I was born in Washington state, and lived there for about 6 or 7 years, I moved around a bit after that, then my family settled in Charlotte, North Carolina, you can see my mom's page, or check out the whole family! I guess I can give you all my vital stats. if you're interested in that stuff. I am 5'7", have red curly hair and hazel eyes. Sorry guys, I'm already taken, you can take a peek at my husband, Nathan Novak, in our photo album. I spent three years at East Carolina University in the school of music where I played the trombone in the Marching and Jazz bands at East Carolina University. I had a wonderful experience in the Jazz Ensemble when I joined them in playing at Carnegie Hall and Birdland Jazz Club in New York. I went to high school at Harding University High School, in Charlotte, North Carolina, and graduated in 1996.
Nathan and I moved back to Charlotte to get jobs and get married and such in 1999. While in Charlotte I worked as a Library Assistant at Morrison Regional Library, a regional branch of the Public Library of Charlotte Mecklenburg County. I also worked with the East Lincoln High School Mustang Band as an assistant brass instructor.
In my spare time, I do one of three things... read, surf the net or just take time out and vegge with Nathan. Most of the time, you will find me with Nathan. But whenever I can, I absolutely love to curl up with a good book. I love a good fiction novel, though I have been delving into biographies. You can check out my current read on the books page, and get some good ideas on books. When I'm surfing the net, it' usually for humor. I love to laugh, and love to give other people reason to laugh. Check out our humor page and some great humor links in our links page. I also read some webcomics. Check out this link to see what I read.
Right now I'm sort of at a loss of what to say so you'll just have to deal with my lack of originality. I'm sure that some day or another I'll get this flash of inspiration and just spend the night typing away, adding to this page. Until then, this page stays just as it is!
